How far in advance should I book catering services?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for significant events with large parties. Ideally, at least 4–6 weeks in advance, but we do our best to accommodate your urgencies.

Do you offer tastings?

Yes, we offer tasting sessions for more significant events such as weddings. Contact us to schedule a tasting appointment.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Miami-Dade and Broward County but may accommodate events outside our standard service area upon request.

Is staffing included in the catering service?

Yes, we offer professional staff including servers, bartenders, and chefs depending on your event’s needs.

Do you provide equipment, such as tables, linens, and dinnerware?

We can provide or coordinate rentals for all your event needs including tables, chairs, linens, dishware, and more.

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

A 25% deposit is required to secure your date. Final payment is typically due 24 hours before the event. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a total refund. For large events at least 5 days in advance.

Do you offer delivery-only options or drop-off catering?

Yes, we provide both full-service and drop-off catering depending on your event type and budget.

Are beverages and alcohol included in your services?

We offer a variety of beverage packages, including non-alcoholic options. Bar services are also available upon request and may require special permits.
